    Bad Influences

OK, All of you guys are becoming bad influences on me. I just spent 2 hours on the UK E-bay site looking at dress sporans and telling myself to "Just Say No." I also spent another hour looking at the sites that are advertised here.

Now I find out that Thursday is Tartan Day which I had honestly never heard of. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist that day and he already knows I'm nuts but will probably have to say something when I walk in with my MacDonald tank on. I also have a prayer vigil sponsored by the AOH at the state capitol on Tuesday and I'll definitely be dressed properly for that.

Right now the good vs. evil battle in my brain is how much money can I spend to look good without letting my wife know that I'm going broke? I guess for now I'll just live with the belts, kilts and pins I have already gathered but when the check comes next month I really want a nice white rabbit sporan. And I almost forgot that I need a better supply of flashes and hose too.

Thanks for all of your help. I'm slowly opening the door to wearing my kilts in more and more public places. I do some freelance computer repairs for small offices and there are a few where I can show up in a kilt without a problem. It won't be too long before I won't question my decisions about what to wear. Now, if I could just convince my wife that this isn't some phase I'm going through.

Not to Worry, The kilt will be your calling card and allmost everyone will remember you. Ask Graham, or Hamish about the press you get by showing up in a Cilt. I have been wearing it more in my business (Handyman) and now if I don't wear my Cilts Client ask me where is my Cilt.
    Just keep repeating: Calling Card

    I've got a stutter on Step 1!

There are many ways to get from A to B. It's not the destination, it's the journey that counts.
