Can someone recommend a maker of clan badges? I would like to purchase a quality badge.

Not sure where in the World you are - but you could commission a local silversmith.

Re: badges
In your neck of the woods a "close-by" place would be the Scottish Tartans Museum. See, for example,
http://giftshop.scottishtartans.org/crestbadge.html
Also, USA Kilts sells them at
http://www.usakilts.com/index.php/ki...ollection.html
If you poke around the web a bit, you will find many other places, too. Good luck.

Re: badges
You might gather a few more suggestions if you moved this to the Heraldry section. Just a suggestion...

If that's what the OP wishes, I can do that... Just send a quick PM if so desired.

Ian Grant of Edinburgh is your man if you really want top quality. I note your surname and I expect if you visit Ian's website you will probably find a bonnet badge illustrated that might interest you.

Re: badges
If you are looking for something high quality, check out these hand cast sterling silver badges we offer.

Of course we also have the less expensive, standard pewter ones.
