TORTURE!
My copy of "The Art of Kiltmaking" arrived in the mail today. (Wife's Christmas gift to me) but she won't let me even LOOK at it until after Christmas!

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Just be thankful that your gift-giving night isn't Twelfth Night, when the three Kings bring the gifts!
It is a fantastic book. Well worth waiting 13 more days!

Enjoy the jones. The book is worth every word and picture. Kilt number 13 is now being made by THE BOOK. You will treasure her hard work.

I've bought The Book for my needle-and-thread handy sister, who is disabled now and is always looking for sources of a little extra income. I though kilt making might be one way to make some cash. And, of course, she'll need to make a couple of practice kilts before she tries to sell any. If only she knew someone who wear kilts...
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!
