    Bikers and Kilts

I was visting the local Bunny's Bar yesterday and I was just getting ready to walkout the front door When in walked about 20 Harley riders from Salt Lake.
I was wearing the SWK economy Wallace the second guy in said "is that a Wallace Kilt?" I said Yes it is my Grand Father Was Robert Wallace from PEI.
One of the other bikers said his Grand Father was from PEI and He wanted to buy me a drink. A few rounds later I had to walk home But Not a Skirt remark out of any of those riders and some of them were girls, ladies, Female riders and they all agreed "you got to have b***s to wear a kilt in Coalville"
I told them that when I first started wearing Kilts I got the skirt remark and now it is if I am not wearing a kilt "Hay where's the kilt?

Great story, as a motorcycle rider I have to say it does not surprise me. Bike riders for the most part are tollerant of others that are outside what society calls normal.

I wore my Union Kilts leather kilt visiting the Welsh Motorcycle Show today and got no funny looks at all - even got some compliments!

Bought a leather biker waistcoat there and the two look good together!

One thing that I have noticed or because I am so used to it, people are just happy to see a guy in a Kilt.
