This was posted recently and shows a kilt with both box and knife pleats; a precursor to Utilikilt's 'Symetrical Pleat', eh?
Beyond the box pleats, thats a very nice website with lots of topical advice and interesting merchandise. Well worth spending a few minutes for a look around.
