    Call from Steve Ashton

    Just got off the phone with Steve Ashton...After lunch today an Xmarks, custom, Freedom Kilt pleated to sett, thing of beauty is scheduled to begin life. I didn't ask what the gestation period is expected to be...but who cares!!!! I can wait for the postman to deliver this baby. Who said anything about Jones, but then again I had a terrific crush on the red-headed Pam Jones back in high school!!!

    The wizardly Curmugeon indicated that it would be a while to recuperate from the Palms Springs gathering. I hope all the folks there had great time and ordered a kilt from the Caffinemeister to help support his coffee habit.

    I am waiting to get one made too, I am sure it will be sometime before I get anywhere near the line yet.. But there is a Leatherneck in a box pleat going to come to life one day and it will have my name all over it...LOL
