    Care of the Feileadh-Mhor

Forgive me if this thread should be in another forum, but I couldn't figure out where I should put it.

How does one go about washing and caring for their Homespun Great Kilts from the Celtic Croft? I couldn't find anything on the subject in their catalog or website.
    Thanks!

Their homespun fabric is a 55% polyester/45% wool blend, so it should launder okay in a cold water wash, "gentle" cycle....

Yep, go with cold water in the washing machine, and line dry. You could also give it a quick wash in the bath tub, were you so inclined.

Thank you! I was afraid I would have to get it dry cleaned.

Polyester and dry cleaning usually results in a bad conflict with the other ingredient in the blend.
