Would guess most any established kiltmaker could run that down for you if you wanted it sewn up. I use Kathy Lare www.kathykilts.com and there are many others to chose from.
If you wanted it for yourself - no clue.

I'll agrew with Ron, here. That particular tartan in on the books of most of the kiltmakers I know here, so I would imagine it's the same on your side of the pond.
Just contact a kiltmaker and have it made up.
You might contact Rocky at usakilts.com and he can probably sort something out for you.
