Check, please
The people from work all went to Vango's restaurant tonight. The store's last day was yesterday, so it was our last hurrah. I wore my Ancient MacBeth handsewn, because I wasn't about to wear pants!
When I had gotten my check, I noticed that, at the top, was written "Guy Kilt"  When I went to pay the cashier asked me what was up with the kilt (not the same girl). I told her I just liked them better than pants.

(When the smith gets wildly excited, 'tis best to agree with him.)

Oh, the highs and lows of retail . . .
It STINKS that you are out of the job. Any new prospects?
We are in a similar boat, but for different reasons. I my last day of retail full-time was Friday. Tomorrow I will order and work out the truck of Friday, do the same the following week. Then, I'm out.
Cool story! Amazing what the kilt can do, the people you meet and the odd and interesting stories you hear and can tell.
