    Consensus on women and kilts

Whew!!! Glad to be back after such a harrowing move...Baghdad is hell, but I will save that for another time...My question:

What is the general consensus about women and kilts? I get a lot of looks and a couple of compliments, but I was wondering, is there a particular type of woman that likes a man in a kilt or do all woman share a fantasy, or what?

If there's already a thread, then please direct me to the appropriate forum...I'm very curious.

    Respectfully,

I think there are as many answers to that question as there are women to be honest with you,
I still have not figured them out, though it has been fun trying.

ALL of 'em, dog. All women dig a man in a kilt---and most men admire a man in a kilt too. All a question of whether they're willing to admit it.

    Pretty much the perfect answer.
It's like asking 'What do woman like in a man?' or 'What is a woman's favourite eyeshadow?'

I grew up with two very loud, very domineering older sisters who never hesitated to tell me exactly what was right and wrong about every aspect of men and they can't even agree.

It took a while for me to convince my son (afterall, teenagers know more than their fathers)that kilts are [B]chick magnets[/B! Women of all ages dig kilts. Wish I had known that when I was between wives.

My daughter in laws are real thrilled about kilts, but I've never heard a bad comment from other women. If there are those that don't like it, I've never heard. I have had quite a few good comments though.
Whenever I wear a kilt I never worry about whether people like it or not, it's just dealing with the "center of attention" thing that gets to me. I'm an introvert by nature.

I've had women start chatting me up right in front of their husbands I've had groups of women yell across the street at me, I've had women leave a sidewalk bar in time to walk up the street with me, I've heard women tell the guy they're with "I don't care, I like it!" as we walk by. My wife on the other hand is very slow to come around to admiting she likes it. After all of the above, go figure.

My experience has been a mixed bag. It seems that the most unlikely women like the kilt while the women I thought would don't or won't express an opinion.

I've given up on trying to figure women out. I just enjoy my time with them and accept 'em for who they are.

I agree. ALL WOMEN (and a handful of guys) really dig the look of a man in a kilt!
