    Cool finds at an antiques show & sale.

    I was out looking for antique furniture today at a small show 60 miles from here. Didn't come home with any furniture, but the trip wasn't a total waste. I picked up a Gordon kilt pin (with the "BYDAND" motto), as well as a couple of William Grant's Whisky kilted military figurines, mint in the packages! I had 5 of them already, but not in the original packaging.

    Thanks! It was a surprise to see stuff like that, although I find I'm looking for kilt-related items more at these types of shows. One thing I saw but passed on buying was a cool little set of mini-bagpipes. Obviously a toy of some form, but the instructions showed how to play them. On hindsight I should have bought them to hang on the wall. LOL
