Great... Absolutely brilliant, had me chortling all the way through. Haven't seen your pictures yet (blocked here as well) but I too can't wait to see your Thermodora... The description alone had me rolling about... Superb!

The MODs should promote you to "Master of Kilted Science" or something!

Good experiment; well prepared and done. Comparison to trousers would be great thing to see.

TH, that was absolutely brilliant!

Rest assured, if the Dept of Highland Security had a Human Factors division, and if said division was handing out grants....you'd be at the top of the list for funding

That was indeed quite a piece of work you did there! Bravo!

I'll file that under "G" for geek, right next to my own mathematical formula for the calculation of the ideal number of kilts that a man should own that I posted a few months ago (and scared people with)... Lol!

Well done, Sir !!

As with all such things, there is no end to the amount of research that could be done. One is limited by time and money.

Might I suggest that if we (the rabble) wish for the gentleman to continue his fine efforts, then perhaps we should undertake the funding of a nice bottle of single malt to bolster the spirits, if not actually funding the research.
