Last week I ordered 4 yds of the clearance Hunting Stewart Tartan (homespun wool) from Celtic croft, and received it rather quickly, in only a matter of days.
I spread it out to have a look at it, and it looked great... Until I came across a place in the fabric that almost looked like a tear, but maybe more like the cloth had pulled apart - roughly 2 inches by 1/2 inch.
So I sent an email to the folks at The Celtic Croft to see what could be done with it. I got an email back within a few hours saying that they'd send out another 4 yds asap, and apologizing for missing the flaw. I responded, asking if I should send back the 4 yds I'd already received. They said not to worry about it, and the next 4 yds would be shipping out today!
Amazingly fast and curteous customer service from the fine folks there! Highly reccomended if only for that!
