Excuse me ..

We went shopping in Sainsburys yesterday. As we passed this one couple doing their shopping, they stared at me a bit. Anyhow I wasn't bothered and carried on. Soon after, there was a tap on my shoulder, and it was this couple again. They would be in their 50's. 'Excuse me' the lady said, 'I hope you don't mind me asking, but where did you buy your shopping trolley to, as it looks a nice sturdy one and the wheels look robust'. I told them where we had got it and they thanked me very much, and then went on their way.
Here's the beast in question just after we had unpacked it...

Great story! That's really a funny situation. It's easy to think someone staring is staring at your kilt; I know I would.
Madame, rarely will you meet a more prejudiced man nor one who tells himself he keeps his mind more open. But cannot that be because one part of our mind, that which we act with, becomes prejudiced through experience and still we keep another part completly open to observe and judge with?

Clashing Tartans Derek!!!!!!!! What would Hamish say about balance...

Maybe go for a plain trolly and Cilt or a plain Cilt and a trolly in a Welsh tartan ....

Great story Derek We always think it's the kilt

Do you ever get any exercise? Do you really move out of that position? Are you a cardboard cutout that one can put clothes on? And then just props are added? I am making fun, not being mean. How about a different shot or view for your pictures, we are allowed to see other parts of your house or outside, aren't we? Hope you know I am kidding, it is like our house, we have about 2 places where we can take inside photos.

Does someone take the photo, or do you use a tripod? My wife just can't take photos, they are always blurry. And her mom always "cut" off people's heads in photos.

Dale,
I thas been well established that Derek is not infact a person, but a photoshopped image that a stark raving mad computer keeps changing and posting. I'm assuming the computer is unhappy becuase it doesn't have the legs to pull off a kilt!

Perhaps you could get a shopping kilt made in the same tartan as you trolley.

I think we are being shown a different background - either Derek's muckle clock has shrunk or its got itself a wee brother.

Leave Derek alone. His pose, and location obviously work for him, and he clearly understands the value of constistancy.

I appluad him for his strong stance and decision to stay with what works for him. Very few can pull such a thing off...
