Finally!!!

Been saving for a while now, originally for a new kilt but then decided to save up for a tweed jacket and matching vest instead. So after b-day money, selling some bicycles,old lawnmower, and assorted golf clubs, I was still short and my good wife said I could put any golf winnings in the pot to make up the difference(I like to play in blind draw cash pot scrambles). Well I got within $30 of my goal and then zip, didn't win a dime for the last 3 weeks. Been driving me crazy as I always seemed to be 1 shot shy or lose a playoff. Finally my luck changed and today I won enough to get me over the top. Soooo, tomorrow Rocky's getting a phone call, don't know how much sleep I'll get, feels almost like Christmas

That's a good way to do it. You get to build up some anticipation, have plenty of time to consider your decision, and you stay on budget. Nice!

Ordered my jacket and vest from Rocky yesterday, the tweed that I decided on is out of stock at the moment but is due to woven soon, so it will be a few weeks longer than normal but I am sure it will be worth the wait. Lets the Jones begin!
