Finally got it!

I finally ordered and recieved my first kilt; a SWK economy Black Watch. I measured my waist at the navel, it was 40 so I ordered a 40. Should have probably gone with a 38, its a little loose. I figured a belt would take care of the problem, so I started shopping for one. Being light on funds, this wasn't easy. It seemed like the 'cheap' ones are all around $30+ and a buckle. I found a belt at homedepot.com that is supposed to be for construction workers. Nice dark brown oiled leather with a two hole buckle. cost me about $12 and shipping was even free

. It took a LOT longer to arrive than my kilt did, I guess Jerry has all the swallows

. Anyway, it finally arrived and I tried the kilt on with the belt cinched up a little. It works PERFECTLY. I love it and so does my wife. My 6 year old daughter keeps asking me why i am wearing my Scottish skirt thingy

She'll learn...

I am sure that Luke will soon be there. I started with one in May of 2007, then two by August of 2007, three in December of 2007, and four and five in July of 2008.
