Smile First Day at Work Kilted

Thought what better day than the day of our Tartan Day celebration to wear my kilt to work. One of the principal owners is a Stewart and wore his Royal Reds. Me on the left in my MacKenzie Mod. Jim's bow tie was too much for my liking but oh well. Tonight is a kilt night at Trinity Pub and I'm ready!

That's my "Tartan Day" button on my shirt with a swatch of MacKenzie behind it.
P.S. I'll be wearing it again tomorrow. Either this one or my black UK. Not sure yet.

Great! You know you are off to a head start on the work dress code policy when one of the owners joins you in wearing a kilt to work.

Thanks guys. Yeah actually one of the other principal owners is a McConnell but sadly doesn't own a kilt. I offered to bring an extra for him to wear tomorrow. He complained he wouldn't have the right shoes or hose or any of that. And he wants a kilt, just doesn't want to spend the $$.

Very cool. I haven't looked, but I'm assuming there is a McConnell tartan or is it a sept of something else?
