forum question, help place this correctly

After looking and looking, I couldn't find where to ask.

I would like to follow the posts of certain members. How do I set a notification of this person posting like unto following a thread? i.e. I want to read everything that Barb posts. I want to be notified when she does.

    Thank you

    K

Stalking Barb, eh? Don't believe there is anyway you can subscribe in the manner you suggest. Next best thing would be just do a search by user name, or click on the user's name in post you've booked marked and use the "find all posts" option.

    Best regards,

under the public profile, statistics tab, you can look at all posts and all threads started by that person. This is not an active notification, but should help answer your question, until someone else has a better suggestion.

    I'm sorry Okiwen,

In the version of vBulletin we are using, and with the way it is currently set, up there is no way for you to 'subscribe' to an individual as you would to a thread or post.

    Stalking? Well, sort of

I Think of it as efficient time use. Thank you for the replies. I vote for this feature in the near future. There are people that I wouldn't want to miss when they post valuable info.
