Frugal Corner comes through
Got a nice box of tartan fabric in Pride of Scotland from Frugal Corner the other day, not too bad on the service, a little delay in shipping but acceptable.
I referred one of the bartenders to their site, she wants a decent kilt but isn't going all -out. Heck, she even bought us all a round of Jameson and she wants a kilt so she can't be all bad
CT - graciously accepted

I think they're great! They could be compared to a SWK standard, except that the 13 oz is lighter than the SWK and the 16 oz is heavier. Also, the fabric feels a bit stiffer than my SWK.

I love my 16 oz. Frugal that the kilt fairy left under my pillow (how else would a nun afford kilts?)!
It is in the Clark/Clergy tartan, and a friend compares my Frugal favorably up against his real wool kilt!

(First Post) been a lurker for a while...I just received my first kilt, and it was a package deal from FC. I first was emailing them w/ questions, probably 5-6 questions in all. All my questions were answered in a quick timely manner. I eventually ordered the Buchanan Modern package (my clan tartan). The package is not bad...you can upgrade the sporran and pay the difference, the belt and buckle are OK. The Flashes look excellent, the kilt pin is just a plain sword. I placed my order this past Monday, and received everything on Thursday, GREAT service (opposed to the horror stories I've read about in the past) Hope this helps
