    Frugal Corner Moving to Pennsylvania

Recently we have been getting a few emails and calls from xmarks folks with questions about our move - so I thought I would answer in here.

Yes we are moving. It was a toss up for awhile between Tenn and PA, but We will be relocating to the Clearfield County area of Pennsylvania May 1st of this year. We have been looking for retail space in the Dubois or Punxsutawny area (yes the groundhog capital of the world).

Looks like Punxsutawny is going to win out.

Looks like an early spring after all, at least for kilties!

Best of luck with the move.

That will make three kilt sources in Pennsylvania (with USAK and AmeriKilts).
I wonder what it is about Pennsylvania...?

California is great. Taxes and expensive living, not so much.

You should move to Lancashire. Weather is wonderful, Taxes are high and the cost of living is very expensive.

    It's just like California really...

OK. So I lied about the weather...

    Best Regards John

Not exactly neighbors though. Punxsutawney is about 300 miles from USAK and AK.

According to Wikipedia: "The name 'Punxsutawney' derives from a Delaware Indian [Native American] term which translates to 'town of the sandflies."
    Ooh, that stings!

Make sure that you send a letter to the MN government about the tax rates and government intrusion chasing you out of the state.
