Frugal Corner Website
Hey, there!
Did anybody see the cool new little kilted guy that walks out and talks to you when you go onto the FC website? Pretty neat!
"May those who love us, love us. And those who don't love us, may God turn their hearts. And, if He does not turn their hearts, may He turn their ankles, so we shall know them by their limping." :)

I did. Kinda creeps me out.
The little guy -- let's call him Lenny -- Lenny still won't entice me to buy one of their kilts.
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

Personally, I'm not a fan of that sort of deal. Anything that pops up and obscures screen space is, in my opinion, annoying, and obnoxious. I tend to either a) adblock that kind of garbage so I never have to see it again or b) never visit the site again.

Were you expecting by the book Highland fashion? An actual kilt jacket would have been a nice touch, but I'm not overly surprised considering......

Look at the bright side - he talks to you. Much better than walking out and giving customers the "Braveheart Salute"
Armageddon was yesterday. Today we have real problem.

There is a reason that when Microsoft updated its office software, "clippy" couldn't be found anywhere.
He had to go, as does "lenny".

Firefox + AdBlock Plus = no "Lenny"
