Frugal Kilts

I have been waiting nearly 9 weeks getting close to 10, for my Kilt from Frugal Kilts. Anybody else have a wait issue with this company? I call and there is nobody home, just the answering machine. This does not bode well for my doing any further business with them.

Was yours made-to-order or off-the-rack? I just took a peek at their website and it says custom kilts take 8-10 weeks...

Have you tried emailing them?

I've never dealt with Frugal Kilts personally, but I've also never heard about problems from them. The owner, Mark is a member here. You might wish to contact him via PM, which you can do from his profile HERE.

When I placed the order, the time to recieve the kilt was posted at 6-8 weeks. I did recieve a reply to my first message that the kilt was coming in and would be shipped soon. That was 2 almost two weeks ago. I have some paitence but it is wearing thin.

I do not have enough information from this thread to know what order is being discussed. We just had a bunch of custom back order stuff show up monday and have 30 plus boxes to go to the post office today. a lot of kilts and several Argyll and PC Jackets.

We have 25 back orders still pending.

But again from the post not sure which order is being talked about. As always we will either deliver or refund...
