The funniest "kilt" outfit I ever saw...

I accompanied a local pipe band to New York City a couple years ago for the Tartan Day celebration, when they tried to amass 10,000 pipers and drummers for the parade.

This guy was there, in the most outrageous kilt outfit I ever saw. He played the pipes left-handed, but he really did play.

Thats slightly outrageous. I've been to Fantasy Fest twice though,so my standard of whats outrageous has been raised slightly.

Interesting fellow, bit of a nutter though. He's keen on English, but I have news for him, the language of heaven is gaelic, and the music played by angels is celtic. I know this is true because a leprechaun told me that when I was 2 years old. :-D
