    Going to brag a bit

I'm somewhat new around here, but thought I would gloat. Got home last week to a package sitting on the stoop. Turned out to be my new kilt, a 5 yard knife pleated 13 oz, in the Isle of Skye tartan. Made by Matthew Newsome.

I have to say, it looks fantastic. The tartan looks even better in person. I didn't realize it was slightly popular before I found this site. Good to know I'm not alone.

I would post a picture or two, but I don't have a digital camera (and not too fond of myself being on the internet). If I get a friend to take one I'll put it up.

Congratulations on the new kilt, I love my Isle of Skye and wear it any chance I get.

Uilleam: I don't have a knife pleat from Matt, but I do have two of his box pleated kilts---I think you made a smashing choice, both for kilt maker and for tartan choice.

    Being non Digital

I love that tartan and can't wait to see it. Before I obtained my digital camera, I took my 35mm film to Wal Mart for developing and requested them to make a CD of the pictures. Placing the CD in my computer I now had digital photos that I could post and share via the internet.

    Congratulations on your Newsome!

It's OK to brag, that is an awesome tartan. Congratulations with the new Kilt, and wear it with pride.

Now that I've had a couple hours sleep, heres a quick and dirty picture taken the other day. Didn't really want to show this one off at first....Obviously didn't want to get all tarted up:
