    A good day yesterday

So I went to class yesterday, kilted. It was rather uneventful, and after class I was walking back out towards my car. I was walking across the rows of parked cars, and in the next row I see an older gentleman (older than me, 45-ish I'm guessing) in his car watching me, and in the next car over, a lady also watching me.

The gentleman sticks his head out the window and starts vocalizing his interest in talking to me - I couldn't really tell what he was saying from this distance. So I walk over to his car - standing between his car and the lady's - and ask what he had said.

"People have wondered for years what people wear under the kilt- what you wear under it" He seemed nervous asking this question, but before I could follow up, he jumps in again "I mean, are you covered under there?"

Finally he's quiet, so I respond with a grin, "I'm covered over there. Isn't that all that matters?"

At this, the lady in the next car starts laughing hysterically, and the gentleman gets a blank look on his face. So I tapped on his door and wished him a good day, and was off

well done! Always great to see a look of complete dumbfoundedness when you answer the question in a manner that is completley unexpected.

    well done!
