Thanks for the excellent story. I'm guessing the "son's" art exhibit went good.
Restaurants it seems to me are popular places for hearing positive, uplifting comments about our kilt. A drive to purchase the next kilt would certainly save on the wear and tear of the post service.

Road trip! I'm in.. lets see change of cloths, haggis on a stick, dreadbelly action figure for the dash, sell kidney so I can buy kilts.........and thermos of coffee! woo hoo!
