GREAT news...kilt's a commin'

Just received news from Tartan Web...my kilt has been shipped. Oh the wait; 7-10 days, I hope. Please no customs wait!!!!! Last time it was near a month!

I'll do some pics and a review when it arrives. It's an Ireland's National in 16 oz material and 5 yards.

Sounds like something I wish to do one of these days. So which tartan is Lady Chrystel creating a kilt from for you? Going to get a box pleat? My only woolie is a box pleat and I love it.

Oh, my next kilt, which will come from France (Lady Chrystel), will have to be a double box pleat, and probably in the Robertson modern, red.

Sir William had his Elliot double box pleat on this weekend at Ligonier, and I fell in love with it. Jones..................

Kilt arrived in a week. It's great! I'll start a new thread and post pics, along with a review of Tartan Web. It's all POSITIVE!
