I did see enough to keep the kilt police busy for a while. Just goes to show that what people consider set rules are realy rules that change with time and context.

I learn from the pictures that modern clothing was worn with the Kilt in the past. This means to me, transferred into present tense, everyone can wear with the Kilt whatever one would wear with trousers.
