I Gave An Unexpected Response
I went to a beer festival Saturday. That morning we all met at a restaurant to get a little something to eat. Of course I had a kilt on when I went into the restaurant. One of the waitresses asked, "Where are your bagpipes?"
I completely floored her when I answered, "Under my kilt."
She was so flustered that she had a hard time taking orders for a few minutes.
Lose something valuable to you and don't know who can help?
Call the Retrieval Team at 1-***-GETRBAK and we'll get it back for you.

She should just be glad that you didn't follow that with, "Why? Did you want to learn to play?"

Just as well it didn't encourage her to ask you to demonstrate your chanter

I've given that response a bunch of times. It never fails to stop em in their tracks.

I will have to remember that! What a way to put somebody in their place, if they deserve it.
