I’m no longer an anonymous kilt wearer

I have created a new homepage. I like working with web design. It is about photography, which has been my foremost hobby since my late father in 1957 gave me a camera – 52 years ago. It contains some photo nostalgia, a rather detailed description of me and my life and identity – also the web address itself is my family name. Further there is a photo gallery, as it could be expected.

When I had my pictures ready for the gallery I realized that quite a few of them would have kilts or tartans as a motive. And I concluded I better had to tell why. That I have done, and along with this I also included – and as an off topic thing - a kilt wearing and buying FAQ page, primarily aimed at non-Scots who might be or become interested in starting wearing kilts.

My dear wife has seen the homepage and I’m most happy to say that she is quite enthusiastic about it, even if it is now for the “entire world to know” that her husband is a kilt wearer.
You are most welcome to take a look, too, of course: www.mansfeldt.net

Very nice design, the rollover picture part is great in the two images are directly complimentary.

The obscure we see eventually. The completely obvious, it seems, takes longer.

    Congratulations.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

    Great Site Greg.
I think all of your sites are great. They have a special "Greg" design to them. I often use your kilt site as a starting point whene I'm searching the web for kilt info (www.derss2kilt.eu).
