    I now know....

    What it is to jones...

I ordered one of the specials Rocky has in his SELECT MATERIAL .. says I will have it in 2 weeks... Too bad I have a competition when the Scottish Games are at Old Westbury (in NY) but my Piper's Ball is coming up in Oct.

never had a custom made garment of any style... should be interesting..

BTW - Co Roscommon is the tartan.

Pshaw! Two weeks is hardly a jones! You are such a lightweight!

I'm getting a fedora like that. Think it will look OK with an Albannach tartan kilt?

And two weeks? That's nothin'! I waited 6 months for my Colorado tartan kilt!

Congrats on the future aquisition, by the way. Post pictures!

Two weeks... come on, buck up lad. That's not even long enough to develop a case of the yips or of the wobblies, (described in the JDM or Jonesing Diagnosis Manual as respectively, a nervous twitch of the fingers when a mail truck or UPS vehicle is sighted and a "spatial" hallucination where the afflicted thinks he's walking around kilted (regimental) when in fact he is not).

You might develop the flop-sweats when you're within 48 hrs of delivery, but on the scale of things...nothing to complain about.

BTW, good luck in the competition!

I waited 9 months once for a kilt, I'm sure you'll be able to survive for two weeks, congratulations by the way I look forward to the photos.
