    I'm almost there

I had to work today on my normal day off. I'm a little nervous about wearing my kilt to work. So today I thought, there will be very few people at work. What the hell. That and I was hung over and felt I should at least be comfortable while working my day off. I don't what I was nervous about. Everyone liked it. One guy said it reminded him of the "loongee" he wore while in India. He thinking about a kilt now.

I need to get some dressier shoes and some nice hose before I wear my kilt to work. Sandals and a tank top really push the casual attire rules.

No cameras on the plant site so I can't prove I actually wore my kilt to work today. Sorry

Rock on funlvnman! I doubt I will ever get the nerve to wear a kilt to work. I work for a very conservative military agency on a large military installation -- I wore sandals one day and was forced to change to shoes! I am wearing kilts more often, to events, and around, but still don't have the stamina to wear to Wal Mart. One day maybe ...

    Rockin' on Whiterav

I work for a very conservative defense company. There are several men at work that wear kilts. One of them is a friend of mine and he wears his kilts everyday. I just got my first kilt two weeks ago. I find it easy to wear them around town, not so easy at work. I'm thinking next Friday will be the day.

Anyhow, as a computer systems weenie you're expected to be a little weird aren't you? Embrace it and have fun!

    Thanks for the kind words

That's how it starts. Pretty soon the question will be "why are you wearing pants today?
