    I'm so weak!

So the Frugal Corner's Memorial Day Sale won. I ordered the 16oz. Hunting Stewart. But how couldn't I?!? $76 for kilt, flashesl, pin and FREE SHIPPING!!! I may be a poor college student that needs to buy a plane ticket to Ireland, but I'm also Scottish, so when I see a deal, I take it!!!

    Photos to come ASAP.

I'll be looking for a good review. I'm sort of over acrylic after one SWK std., but I could be persuaded....

Yeah, that's kinda where I am...

I've never owned a Standard, but the stories of the pilling make me say...Ditto. PV or Wool are really the only thing I'll consider at this point, deal or no.

Don't give up on canvas or poly-cotton until you try it, Steve. My UK mocker is a great travel kilt and I expect similar from my Renegade as it softens in the wash.

If this is the men's department, where are the kilts?

I started to qualify that yeah as far as contemporary solid color kilts go (camo, kahki, Olive...) you can't beat the rugged look of the cotton blends and canvas. But for a tartan kilt, PV or Wool.

Now, I'm not saying that Frugal Corners kilts will pill. I've never seen one or touched one and the first reviews are still in the making. But with the comparison to Stillwaters standard Acrylic and the fact that the material that Frugals Kilts are made of is a bit vague, I'm anticipating the issue.
