Wow. This is what I get for letting real life take me away from this forum for months at a time. Congrats, Steve. I know you will protect the integrity of this forum. And congrats to the others with new hats to wear as well. I'm just gonna have to be around more to keep major events like this from passing me by again.

Best wishes, Steve in this new endevor. It isn''t easy to run a forum let alone own one-I'm an Administrator and Moderator for another site and try as I might to slip quietly into the woodwork (retire so to speak) I get yanked to the forefront to quell disputes (mostly influenced by the male ego).

To the Mod Staff that toils here, I tip my hat and raise a tall, cold drink to each of you for the job you do!

Slainte!

And boy don't I feel silly!

Work has pulled me away for the last couple of months. We finally get a release out the door, and I come back home and find all the chairs stapled to the ceiling!

Seriously, though: I've had remarkably good dealings with Steve myself, and know that the forum is in good hands.

Dear Steve:

Congratulations on your acquisition. I know that XMTS is in good and very capable hands.

All the best,

Sephy

Smile way back when...

Thank you for keeping this wonderful community alive. I came on board when there were less than 100 members. I met a few of you, and God willing, I'll meet a few more. Since I last posted, I've been to few funerals and few weddings. Including my own wedding, kilted (of course). I found a woman who loves my Kilts, and we are raising 4 boys together (2 each), I have the opportunity to share a positive Kilt experience with 4 young men aged 9-14. A revolution is underway. :-)
