    It's here!!!!

    Hi all,

Just got my kilt in from Kathy Lare!!!

It's here in time for the Scottish Games at Scarby.

Not that I haven't enjoyed my Sport Kilt but man the difference can't even be described. The fit is wonderful and I can't wait until next weekend to wear it out and about.

Included were a bunch of scraps which I'm thinking should be enough for a set of flashes for me and a sash for the wife, Amy.

Not quite sure what to use all the small pieces for. I have about 20 6x4 pieces.

I'll get a couple pics of it being worn in the next couple days.

They come from your pleats. Now you can show people what your pleats are made of.....

Superb! You can't beat the feeling of a new wool kilt. Careful. This way lies danger...

Use a couple of the larger scraps to make Christmas stockings.

    Congrats on a beautiful kilt.

Now that is what I call a KILT,
superbly and skillfully handcrafted by Kathy.
A Heirloom quality kilt that will outlast the present owner.

    Wear it well, enjoy it.

Here's a few pics of various outfits -

Dress, pretty much the outfit I will be wearing to the wedding in August. I'm going to try to get a different sporran hopefully before the weeding also with a manual bow tie. Both are with gillies and red garters. This one is with a plaid -

    Without the plaid -

A couple of casual outfits. Both are with casual loafers and red flashes. First is with a sweater and black glengarry -

    Next with a polo -
