    Just a tease . . .

    Gents:

This is just a tease. It is NOT a review, and it does NOT have any picts associated with it as of yet!

With that said, let me get to teasing.

My new Matt Newsome kilt is here and has been worn a time or two. It's a sixteen ounce leatherneck tartan, done up in Matt Newsome's inimitable box pleated style.

If you've got one of Matt's kilts, you already know how it fits.

This is my first sixteen ounce worsted wool tartan kilt. NOW I GET IT!

This weaving of the Leatherneck tartan uses more vivid colors, and it is simply GORGEOUS. The weight of the material, the hand of it, the colors. This is just a WOW tartan, made up into a WOW kilt.

Congratulations on your first 16oz wool kilt, there really is nothing like it, although I am used to the 8 yard knife pleated variety. I hope pictures are forthcoming.

Good, I'd hate if those Picts made off with your new kilt!
