It wasn't me. And, none of the HHGA live in Katy as far as I know.

I see him quite often up in the NW Houston area around Barker Cypress/Fry. He's also on Highway 6 a lot, but I've never been near him while stopped to ask him if he was a member.

I saw this guy again yesterday and was trying to manage a way to stop next to him at a stop light or something, but lo and behold, it was the only time in my life that all lights were green. I can't even win when I'm winning.

    I'd be interested to know...

Maybe someone can find out more information on the plate and maybe get a name and address and mail or call them?

Yeah, I'd be creeped out by this:

    "Hello, Mr. KILTED?"

    "Umm...yes?"

"Yeah, I was driving next to you the other day and just had to know if you were a member of a kilt forum I frequent."

"Umm, who is this? How'd you get my number?"

"Uhh... have you heard of X Marks the..."

Yea that probably would be a bit creepy :P

I didn't realize that when I made the post... I used to do some unofficial investigation work. Wasn't very good but had a lot of fun.
