    Kilt-addiction.... how bad is yours!

We may occasionally joke about "kiltaddiction", but I believe it's quite real. I think if you regularly post on this forum, you probably have it to some degree. Here's a chance to see just how bad you've got it...

Give yourself 1 point for each of the following indicators that apply to you.:

-I purchase more than 1 kilt related item per year

-I browse the kilt forums more than once a week

    -I wear a kilt(s) on weekends

    -I wear a kilt(s) on week days

-I own more than three kilts

-I browse the internet more than once a week to buy kilt related items

-I learned to sew just so I could make and wear my own kilts

-I buy other clothing based on how well it goes with kilts

-I buy footwear based on how well it goes with kilts

-I do not own any trousers

Total up your score and select the appropriate choice in the poll above.

I got 9/10. I own trousers . "Kiltaddiction" isn't a bad thing, or that's what I tell myself, and my wife, my children....

Except for owning trousers (which I do) I pegged the neeedle on every one of these. Oh my gosh...I've got it bad
I've already got the material for two more kilts waiting and I cruise the internet looking for more (I have these sites bookmarked). I've even tried designing my own kilt making worksheet.
When the mail comes I look at the sewing machine ads.
    I fondle fabric.
I look at jewelry and wonder if I could add that someway into a DIY sporran.
I look at soccer socks and wonder if I could use them for kilt hose.
The guy at the Scottish store downtown is starting to know me by sight.
My neighbor who has a business in Wales and travels there regularly asks me if I want him to pick up anything at the Wales Tartan Center.
My friends see a tartan and ask me what it is, because if anyone would know "he" would.
    You get the idea.....

The weird thing is that I'm only a relative newby!

Only 6/10 but as I don't make my own kilts it doesn't mean I am pretty much addicted in any case!

I can be addicted to quite a few things without having the skill and the patience to manufacture them myself!

I wish I had been born rich instead of good-looking so I could afford more kilts.

8 1/2 I bought material to try and sew my own and borrowed my MIL's sewing machine, but it doesn't have instructions and the bobbin is different than any machine I have ever seen so I haven't actually done anything yet (and it has been about 6 months).
