    But they printed the sporran on the wrong side - real kilts open on the other side!

    I've actualy seen one of those worn instead of a real kilt
    The hielan' man he wears the kilt, even when it's snowin';
    He kens na where the wind comes frae,

    Yes I've seen one worn as a real kilt too.
    I have one of these which was given to me as a Christmas gift but I only use it as a shower towel at home.

    I should probaly point out it wasn't done seriously and it was done on a cadet camp, in which case reality basically stops as we enter the gate
