    Thumbs down Kilted beach towel

    Hi all !!!

Surfing on the web leads to bizarre discoveries as seen on this site

I agree, looks as silly as the Monkey wearing it.

Yes, we've seen them before. Certainly not a kilt, but a harmless novelty.

I was recently given one of these as a gift and it really is a bit of a laugh! Of course, I would never 'wear' it as a kilt, but I would certainly make use of it on the beach - as a wrap-around towel.

It's meant to be a joke, a novelty item. Not to be confused with some of the "don't" pics.

I was at Eckerd today wearing my kilt buying some drinks and an ace bandage.

standing in line some 5 yr old looks to his dad and says, dad look, that man is wearing a towel...

his dad and I shared a chuckle.

James has done very well with this. He has another design for the European Market.
I remember the first time he had them for sale at the Cambridge Highland Games last year. A number of vendors at the games scoffed at the idea, but most of those vendors were carrying the towels this year.
