I stopped for a latte to go and got a thumbs up and a "Lookin' sharp!" from a UPS driver as he got into his truck. The weather has finally cooled a bit and the more I wear the kilt, the more I appreciate the comfort. I told my wife if I had a couple more, I'd wear one every day.

    Subtle hint.

    driving in a kilt

Yeah, its much more comfortable to drive in a kilt than it is to drive in trousers etc

Hope your wife gets the hint and buys you a few 16oz or 24oz kilts for the winter months :-)

    I love this pic!

I would have uploaded my pic of my Kilted Friday last week - I was in Portugal

so the kilt was ideal to relax in due to the high temps

Fired up my pipes over my lunch break today, and I was playing at a cemetery outside of town. Two does, each with three fawns, strolled out of the bush and the whole gaggle walked right up to me...and I was piping as they approached within 25 yards. They had this look of "What the heck is that?" on their faces.

Pretty funny. It would've made a great photo.

Wore the Scottish Wildcat in to the office this morning. The small cutout is our CIO. I was nominated to have him for a month based on doing something particularly helpful for a coworker, and one of the conditions is that I should take a number of photos with him. I thought it was appropriate to fashion a kilt for him for this photo.
