    Kilted at the lake....

well its almost that time of year again!
time to bring out the boat ....clean up the camping gear , and head to the lake !

thats right Memorial Day is coming up fast! and I plan to be at Apache lake Kilts and all!
I know that the kilt I bring will probably be stinking by the end of the trip as I plan to wear it no matter what... water....boating....."tubing"...kneeboarding ..hanging at "party cove"I plan to do it all!!

my question is ...are there gonna be any other Xmarkers there? if so I'll bring the pipes...you bring the kilts and beer!!! (hey ...you gotta pay the piper right?)

we'll be camping at burnt corral near the point....Sat is the day all the "adults" go to party cove and ....uhhh . .. well you;ll just have to see it for yourself! lol

Scott.....working like hell....for 5 days in heaven on water

Question ? Do mosqitoes and kilts mix? I'd hate to be bitten in an unmentionable area!

well I look at it this way ....IF i get bit THERE....it will actually give me an EXCUSE to scratch!! (FINE PRINT......this does not in any way mean tha I scratch all the time ......I DO shower daily and have very good personal hygiene, but so do base ball players...and THEY scratch!!!!!)

Living in the South, I've not had that problem. And that's with being in the DC metro area, which was notoriously built on a drained swamp! However, please take that with a grain of salt, because I do smoke a pipe regularly. And I've been at outdoor receptions where people congregated around me because of the mosquito repellant qualities of pipe smoke.
