That would be cool! Especially if they had postal blue kilts, or that neat postal tartan kilts!

I think it could work very well, but that picture doesn't show how well.
It does make me reconsider a career in the postal service, though...

My great uncle was a letter carrier for the USPS. I wonder what he would have thought about the kilt. I think it's a fine idea.

This issue has been bouncing around for a few years. UK had originally backed the idea of getting carriers into kilts, but has withdrawn. The idea for the postal blue kilt was a spin-off of the postal youth fashion that popped up with House of Pain in the early '90's. It keeps coming back around.
As a UK guy, I like the idea. However, I don't see it happening. If I get on with the USPS, then I'll support it. Will Steven work with the USPS to design/create a specific USPS UK? His business sense will tell him yes. He wants UKs to go more mainstream.
This could make kilts as a whole more mainstream.

    Yep.
I have a Postal Blue UK Original. It's one of my very favorite Kilts. Hey why not. You have to wear the socks all the way up anyways...why not wear a kilt.
