    We have finished the install for the Kiltpedia. Located at www.kiltpedia.com Feel free to add your family tartans and histories and upload content. I will be happy to format the data for you just upload the content. This is our gift to all our new friends online. If you are a vendor and would like free advertising, contact us and we would be happy to put a logo and a link to your site just as long as you recepricate. This is a not for profit website and we will not tolerate flaming of any kind on the site. Thanks and hope everyone will enjoy.

    So is this a section of Wikipedia? Just wondering because of the Wiki logo.

    It seems screwy that when you click on "Clans" it brings up what I assume to be "Tartans" of clans, of which some are not "Clans" at all. Cornish National, Edinburgh are NOT clans. Perhaps a re-wording there? And, why have such things as "modern" or "ancient" next to each? They are after all, the same tartan just a different shade in the colors.

    yes, we changed that this evening. we are merging those two sections. feel free to edit and add content. Its there for everyone to edit and improve

    Its an seperate site dedicated only to things scottish and kilt related items. But we are running media wiki software.
