Thumbs up Kudos to Flamingo Kilts!

It's always nice when you order a kilt (or anything else for that matter) and it arrives and everything is perfect. It's those times when things go askew for whatever reason that the real customer service kicks in and you know what kind of people you're dealing with.

That being said, I offer my kudos to Sydnie at Flamingo Kilts. A recent kilt arrived with some unexpected problems. He gave me first rate treatment and made everything right. I now have a fine new custom kilt and look forward to doing business with Sydnie and Flamingo Kilts in the future.

Thank you Sydnie!

Mark

Mark,

So where are the pictures?

I'm sure that Sydnie (who is one of the Ladies of XMTS by the by ) and all the rest of of us would appreciate seeing her work modelled.

Cheers

Jamie

That is always good to hear. Customer service like that will bring them a lot of future business.

I agree

I just bought some hose cuffs from sydnie and let me tell you, there is something about knowing your item was made with care as opposed to an automated machine on an assembly line. Great service and great products!

I'd also like to thank Mark for his patience and understanding while we corrected the situation -- having a great customer makes great customer service even more rewarding.

And yes, I'd love to see pictures too!

Um... Only if it has good captions... She's good at explaining things, though.
