Large sett tartans --- show us your kilts :)

Hi there! I love large sett tartans. If you guys own kilts tailored from a large sett tartan, please share some photos, that would be awesome. Many thanks .

It may help to clarify if you mean a large Sett based on the thread count or a fabric that is woven with a large pattern.

For example - Black Watch is by its thread count a fairly large Set when compared to some others. When woven in 16oz wool the Sett size is about 12.75 inches. But when woven in a lighter weight or for ties the Sett size can be as small as 2.5 inches.

Y’all are probably tired of seeing these photos, but the Smith tartan (Marton Mills, ancient colors) qualifies as a large sett tartan.

In MacLeay the sett sizes of men's kilts vary more than one usually sees today.

    Here's a very large sett

The largest sett I have is an MOD style Royal Stewart kilt

This has me totally confused. Are the pleats 8 inches deep?
