Last few days have been great.
I wore my kilt in to work for the first time on Saturday. Allbeit, there was hardly anyone there. Two older ladies i worked with wanted to take a picture of me in it, but didn't have a camera on them. (they realized later that one of their cell phones has a camera on it.) The best part of the work day (besides the overtime) was that the Head of the Division saw me in my kilt, came over and said "Nice Kilt. (I think he actually said "Kilts") Where'd you get it?"
Thanks. Stillwaterkilts.com, sir.
Yesterday, my wife goes to a Thrift Store and finds a glass with Naughty Scot ale on the side. I ask her "i thought you didn't like the Kilt?" She says "I don't, but you're into it."
Nice.

Excellent, there is nothing like striding into work kilt. Good for you.

Good work! there is a nearly foolproof way to get your wife/girl/signifigant other into kilts. Don't want to go outside the purpose of this forum, let's just say that my wife was exposed to a few other types of MUGs' before that first U.K. original reached the house.
By the time it got there, she was glad to see it. My proven method. Make it your own!
It is especially cool that the brass hat like the kilt. Once you have approval from on high, it's all downhill.
Sounds like a good kilted day's work. May you enjoy many more.

From the bouncy pace of your post I can tell your feet are currently at least a yard off the ground. Feels great doesn't it!
I think there should be a globally recognised 'Kilts To Work' day/week/month.
