Meeting kilted bretheren at a concert.
Last night I went to a Celtic rock show. The main act was a band called Enter the Haggis, a Celtic rock band out of Toronto that I love. This was the third time that I have seen them. The opening act was the Waxies, a local Irish punk band that was pretty good. Last time I saw Enter the Haggis, there was a man in a kilt that I got into a conversation with who directed me to Stillwater to get my first kilt. This was in March. The rest was history.
The same guy came to this show, in a 'Loud' McLeod. He cam up behind me at one point and said 'Good to see another man at this show'. (I was, of course, in a kilt) I turned and greeted him and then he recognized me. We hung out a bit and had a great time. I completely forgot to mention XMarks to him or see if he was on here. It was a great night.
