Smile Miss you guys (and lasses)

Just popped on after a while of being MIA, and I realized how much I have missed you all.

With my Husband not kilted (or even interested), and the fact that I am a woman, and that we have not much celtic heritage, I've felt a little displaced lately.

But I want you all to know that I am with you in spirit when I can't think of anything relevant to add, and that you all have my full support of kilts!

Also, I'm just wishing to let you know that I consider you all my friends, and I am thankful for the companionship you have given me in my short time here thus far. I think this is a wonderful group of good men and women, and I am proud to be a very small part of it.

take care and I'll be around!

Well, glad that you popped back in. As it says on the front page of this web site:
"You do not have to be Scottish to post here or to wear a kilt. The name of this forum was chosen a while ago for different purposes and yet this website
has evolved into what it is today. Please do not let the name deter you from posting."

Good to see you back Ali.

Stick around. You bring a touch of class to the joint. And you're easy on the eyes.

What helps make this site so wonderful is the range of those who are part of this merry internet based clan. You may not have Scottish connections but you are an X Marks clan member. I alway enjoy reading your posts - you bring a different perspective.

    cheers!

You could start a kilted short story in the Off Topic forum, Ali. It could be a Kilted Saga!!, or just a nice story with a kilt in it.

Is that so? Who got the lamp?

Ali, sounds like we need to stage an intervention. He will be terrified at first, but in the end, he'll thank us for it. It will be for his own good!

    Regards,
    Rex.

I'm very glad to have women like you on this forum. My wife is not very supportive of my kilt addiction, and I'm trying to use your posts and views in my mission to convert her to the kilted lifestyle. Keep on posting!

It's always good to hear from you, Ali. People come together here around a passion for kilts but then stay together because it's such a great bunch of folks. Your unique viewpoint contributes a lot to that so... glad to hear that you'll be around!
