Most interesting reaction to my kilts so far---

I was in a liquor store yesterday getting a bottle of wine for dinner, and this guy came up to and said that I gave him a wierd flashback. I was wearing my Sport Kilt Clergy, black work boots, hose and tartan flashes, and an Iron Maiden T shirt. The guy used to work for the postal service. He told me that he was working a graveyard shift at a 24 hour PO when a guy in a kilt, Iron Maiden t shirt and gorilla mask came in and robbed the place! My hair apparently looked like the hair on the gorilla mask... I wasn't sure weather that was funny or insulting! I think funny. (And yeah, I know it wasn't meant as an insult.) I just thought that this little incident was odd enough to share.

Cheers all, and happy St Patrick's Day (early!)

That's a cute story, Nighthawk. White Zinfandel goes well with gorilla hair...

Well, a very dry cabernet goes very well with the gorilla steaks, but I was thinking of the hair.

Very interesting, but white zinfandel doesn't go well with anything.

That's ok, neither does gorilla hair... I'm sure he was buying orange wine.

Nighthawk, I'm trying to figure out how the outfit would look. I know the tartan is blue black and white, and if I remember you have hip long red hair... What color is the Iron Maiden T-shirt. Mine is black with blue mostly, the unknown soldier.. Goes well with a Nighstalker.
